By the Founder of Peppy Sciences,

If you had asked me ten years ago whether I would start a peptide company, I would have laughed.

But if you had asked me whether I wanted to feel better in my body — the answer would have always been yes.

Like many women, my story starts long before adulthood.

The Early Years: Body Image and the “Lose 10 Pounds” Cycle

I can remember having body image issues as early as 10 years old.

Looking back, I was never actually overweight. I had a perfectly average build. But I never felt quite right in my body. I wasn’t naturally athletic or lean, and I spent most of my teenage and adult years with the same quiet thought in the back of my mind:

"If I could just lose 10 pounds…"

That feeling followed me into adulthood.

Even while working out regularly and trying to eat well, it always felt like losing those last pounds was impossibly hard.

Motherhood, Hormones, and the Reality of Aging

I’m now 41 years old and the proud mother of two beautiful daughters.

Pregnancy and postpartum brought the normal weight fluctuations that many women experience. But what really surprised me was how much harder it became to maintain my body as I approached my 40s and the perimenopause years.

My metabolism felt different. My joints hurt more.My body didn’t respond to exercise the way it once had.

But there was another factor in my life that was quietly sabotaging my health.

The Wine Habit I Couldn’t Ignore

Like many busy moms, my evenings often included a glass of wine.

Eventually, that glass turned into a bottle most nights.

To justify the habit, I bought the best options I could find — organic, low-sugar, low-carb wines. But the reality was that I was still consuming over 500 calories every night and spending around $500 a month on wine.

What started as something fun and relaxing slowly turned into something else.

A low-key addiction.

Despite going to the gym almost daily and watching what I ate, losing fat felt impossible.

At the same time, I was dealing with:

• Chronic back flare-ups• Achy knees and shoulders• Signs of inflammation in my skin• Constant fatigue

When I turned 40, I knew something had to change.

Discovering GLP-1 — and Letting Go of the Stigma

I had heard about GLP-1 medications for years.

But like many people, I assumed they weren’t meant for someone like me. I was only 10–20 pounds overweight, and the stigma around these medications made them seem like a shortcut or a fad.

Eventually, I decided to try a microdose.

And it changed my life.

One Month Later: Everything Changed

Within one month, two things happened that I never expected.

First, I lost five pounds almost immediately.

But more surprisingly, I completely stopped drinking wine on weeknights.

Not because I forced myself to.

Because I simply didn’t want it anymore.

Three Months Later: A New Relationship With Food

After three months, I had lost 15 pounds.

But the bigger change was my relationship with food and alcohol.

I could still enjoy cocktails with friends on special occasions or on the weekend. But the nightly habit was gone.

For the first time in my adult life:

• I still got hungry• I still enjoyed food• But the mindless and emotional eating disappeared

My portion sizes naturally changed, and my body finally started responding to the healthy habits I had always tried to maintain.

Six Months Later: Pain Gone, Strength Up

Six months into my protocol, I was down 23 pounds.

Even more remarkable?

My joint pain disappeared.

My back flare-ups stopped. My knees and shoulders stopped aching.

At the gym, I’m now lifting heavier than I ever have, because my joints finally feel strong again.

The Data Nerd in Me

Because I’m who I am, I tracked everything.

Every day I:

• Measured body composition to ensure I was losing fat, not muscle• Drank at least 100 ounces of water• Consumed 60–100 grams of protein

This wasn’t about starving myself.

It was about metabolic balance.

The Unexpected Financial Benefit

Another funny side effect?

I suddenly had thousands of dollars of clothes that fit me beautifully again.

And I stopped spending $500 a month on wine.

All of these changes came from a protocol that costs about $200 a month.

If someone had asked me a year earlier what I would pay to:

• Drop three pant sizes• Eliminate chronic pain• Feel amazing in my body

I would have said almost anything.

Then Came Peptides

Once I experienced this transformation, I began researching peptides extensively.

That research changed my entire perspective on wellness.

My Husband’s Recovery Story

My husband is in his 50s and has been an athlete his entire life.

Over the years he has had multiple surgeries including:

• ACL repairs• Hip replacements• And most recently an Achilles tendon repair

During his most recent recovery, he added the Wolverine Blend (BPC-157 + TB-500) to his protocol.

His surgeon and physical therapist have been stunned by how quickly he is healing and how strong he already feels so soon after surgery.

He also started using NAD+, and his energy and productivity at work have dramatically improved.

My Skin Transformation

I began using our Glow Blend, which includes:

• TB-500• BPC-157• GHK-Cu (Copper peptide)

My rosacea — something I had struggled with for years — began slowly disappearing.

Why Peptides Work Differently

Many traditional supplements pass through your digestive system and are partially lost before your body can use them.

Peptides work differently.

Much like IV vitamin infusions, injectable peptides bypass the digestive system and go directly to the source — supporting cell repair, inflammation reduction, and metabolic signaling.

Why I Founded Peppy

When I began exploring peptides, one problem quickly became obvious:

It was incredibly hard to know which sources to trust.

There are countless suppliers online, but quality, purity, and medical oversight vary widely.

So I created Peppy Sciences.

Initially, I started Peppy simply for my friends and family, so I could ensure we knew exactly where our peptides were coming from.

But the mission quickly grew bigger.

I wanted Peppy to be different.

Near-perfect purity standardsMedical doctor oversight• A place where clients could speak directly with a physician about their protocols• A company built on education, transparency, and safety

Most importantly, I didn’t want to gatekeep something that had changed my life.

I wanted to share it.

A New Way to Feel Good in Your Body

For many women, aging comes with a quiet acceptance of:

• weight gain• inflammation• fatigue• joint pain• declining confidence

But I believe it doesn’t have to.

Peptides helped me reclaim my energy, my body, and my confidence.

They made me feel peppier — which is exactly where the name Peppy came from.

And if they changed my life this dramatically, I believe they can help others feel the same.

Because everyone deserves to feel good in their own skin again.

Welcome to Peppy.

Where science meets feeling good again.
